INSTANT HUTONG is glad to invite you to URBAN CARPET 8 X 5.
For the first time ever we are going to show eight urban carpets all together in the same space. The five exhibitions will fill five Siheyuan courtyard houses, chosen as the snapshot of different contemporary ways of living in the old Beijing. Each event will only last one day and will offer an unique feeling, as a result of the interaction between carpets, environment and the people involved.
